I am a native mid-westerner, growing up near Chicago. I attended Purdue University for my undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education. There I met my fabulous husband. Two years later we were getting married and moving of to New Hampshire two weeks later. We spent 4 wonderful years in New England. We enjoyed hiking, sight seeing, leaf peeping and savoring the New England cusine. During this time, I obtained my Master's Degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Emotional Disabilities. I worked for two years as a special education teacher serving grades 1-5. My husband got a new job, which meant relocating. This time we made the trek to Alabama. It was a world of difference! |
